Property for sale in Spain

Yes. Foreigners, including Polish citizens, can buy property in Spain. The purchase needs a foreigner identification number (NIE) and, in practice, a Spanish bank account. Hello Home helps with both.

New-build means a new property bought from a developer, including off-plan. Resale means a used property bought from its owner. The market type affects documents, taxes and timing, so we go through them for each listing.

We work in Polish, English and Spanish. We talk to you in the language you choose and handle documents and contacts with developers, banks and notaries in Spanish.

Some steps can be prepared remotely and viewings can take place on site or online. Which formalities can be done without travelling (for example a power of attorney) is agreed case by case with a lawyer; we do not promise a fully remote purchase.
