What we do for buyers
We guide buyers through the whole process of buying property in Spain:
- Contact and needs analysis: budget, location, property type.
- Presentation of selected listings and viewings on site or online.
- Reservation and preliminary contract, after a law firm has reviewed the documents.
- NIE number and Spanish bank account.
- Notarial deed and final payment.
- Handover of keys and, if needed, help with a tourist licence and furnishing.
The team
Aneta Barbara Tomczak is the agency owner and estate agent. Working with her are Annika Asensio Jepsson of the law firm Antón & Asociados Abogados and Sandra Dwornikiewicz, an interior visualisation designer.
Financing
Spanish banks also grant mortgages to foreigners. We help prepare the loan documents and work with banks in Spain; the conditions are set by the bank and depend on the client's situation.

We offer property mainly in Alicante province and around the Mar Menor: Torrevieja, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, Guardamar del Segura, Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Benidorm, Finestrat and Altea, as well as Valencia.
